TactX is an online retailer of weapon accessories, ballistics protection, sports shooting accessories, rifle and handgun parts as well as outdoor equipment. We ship internationally to most destinations.
We ship from our local warehouse in Stavanger, Norway. For our international customers, we may also drop-ship directly from manufacturer/distributor when possible.
Within Europe we generally ship via UPS. To some international destinations we also offer shipping by Postal Mail / EMS. Shipping charges vary with volume and weight
Note that some products are not available for international distribution due to manufacturer/distributor limitations.

EU customers can enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience with all taxes and duties paid at checkout.
- VAT and duty Inclusive Pricing: For orders under 150€ (excluding shipping and taxes), all VAT and customs duties are included in the price at checkout. No additional charges on delivery.
- Quick Customs Clearance: Orders under 150€ benefit from expedited customs processing, resulting in faster delivery times.
- Separate Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated separately and are not included in the 150€ limit. Please review shipping costs at checkout.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you sell ammunition and restricted gun parts?
No, we don't. TactX is not a licensed gun broker and as such does not carry items restricted for general sale in Norway in our inventory.
Are the parts I've ordered legal in my country?
We don't know. When you order from us you are responsible for any import restrictions and related paperwork. You are also responsible for any import duties.
Do I need an export license?
In most cases, no. The majority of products in our international store can be shipped outside of Norway without an export license. However, some items may require one. If your order needs an export license, we will contact you with all necessary information and guide you through the next steps.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return parts as long as they are in mint condition suitable to be sold again as new parts. That includes any packaging which must be unbroken and undamaged. We refund the amount you paid, not the amount the product is currently being sold at. We charge a restocking fee of 20% which will be deducted from your refund. You need to pay for the return shipment yourself. Before returning an item, please contact us with your order number, the parts you wish to return and a description of their condition.
